On this episode we discuss why Deborah will never be a "Karen", why she has an aversion to a kagoole and how she is may be a bit of an "old bugger" when it comes to her downtime.

We also cover my aversion to a key element of a holiday, which I know the listeners will agree with.

There are also a couple of things that we would each like to get involved in - which are a bit more positive, although my "ambition" could easily tick the "pathetic" list.

I also guarantee that unless you have strong Nordic or Scandinavian roots, that Deborah will introduce you to a brand new sport. Now that has got to be worth a listen or watch.......
